Sean Thomas

Sean Thomas is an experienced professional in recruitment education and training, currently serving as the International Recruitment Education and Development Manager at Kirby Company since November 2008. Sean leads a culturally diverse team of 15 divisional consultants and 30 training specialists, focusing on enhancing sales skills and expanding the sales force across 30 countries, with notable growth in 2019. Prior to this role, Sean worked as a Sales Training Manager at HCL Technologies, where development and outcomes were enhanced using the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training Manager at Kingfield Heath Ltd, where training initiatives facilitated a successful company merger, and as Divisional Training Manager at Kirby Company, focusing on sales, leadership, and management training since 1987.
