Aldo De Jager has extensive work experience in various design and engineering roles. Aldo started their career at Hunter Douglas South Africa in 2006 as a Principal Architectural Designer. Aldo then joined the Mazor Group in 2010 as an Architectural Draughtsman and later became the Aluminium Division Manager at Alplas Shutters & Louvres in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Drawing Manager at ROMANO Sustainable Engineering. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Senior Unitised Draughtsman at WOW Group Pty Ltd. In 2019, they worked as a Design Draughtsman at Mazor Aluminium until 2020. Aldo then worked as a Freelance Multidisciplinary Draughtsman from 2020 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Design Office Manager at PSA. Currently, Aldo is working as a Freelance Multidisciplinary Designer. In 2023, they will be joining Kirby Group Engineering as a BIM Engineer.
Aldo De Jager attended J.G Meiring High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they pursued a Diploma in Architecture ND from the Academy of Draughting International from 2001 to 2003. From 2002 to 2004, they also attended Northlink College, where they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology ND on a part-time basis. In 2006, Aldo enrolled at Boston House College and studied Interior Design on a part-time basis.
