Lāsma Straume

Lāsma Straume has a diverse work experience in the architectural and engineering field. Lāsma started their career as an Internship Trainee at Stephen George + Partners LLP in 2017. Lāsma then worked as an Architectural Designer at byMUNCH, by- og Landskabsdesign for a brief period in 2018. In 2019, they joined Loscher Moran Design Practice as a Revit Technician and worked there until 2021. Lāsma then joined Reddy Architecture + Urbanism as a Junior Architectural Technologist from 2021 to 2022. Following that, they worked at McCauley Daye O'Connell Architects as an Architectural Technologist. Currently, they are working as a BIM Engineer at Kirby Group Engineering, starting in 2022.

Lāsma Straume's education history includes a range of qualifications and experiences. In 2014, they began studying at the Riga School of Arts and Crafts, where they pursued a degree in Interior Design. Lāsma completed their high school education there and obtained a High School Diploma. Continuing their education, Lāsma attended VIA University College from 2014 to 2018, specializing in Architectural Technology & Construction Management with a focus on Building Construction Technology. As part of their education, they also obtained a Diploma of Education in Interior Design from SmartMajority in 2014-2015. Most recently, in 2021, Lāsma Straume attended the Dublin Design Institute and earned a Certificate in Revit & BIM level 2.
