Mrics Nishant Kumar Singh Chartered Engineer

Nishant Kumar Singh is a highly experienced MRICS and Chartered Engineer with a diverse work history spanning several reputable companies. Nishant Kumar started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Hasan Juma Backer Trading & Contracting from October 2009 to August 2011. Following this, they joined Pell Frischmann as an Asst MEP Manager, where they successfully executed various MEP activities and coordinated with architects, consultants, and contractors. Their role involved quantity workout from drawings and providing material ordering recommendations to clients. Nishant then worked as an MEP Engineer at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. for a brief period before joining Singapore Engineering and Construction Company in December 2015 as a Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring work, as well as performing take-offs from MEP drawings and liaising with suppliers and consultants.

In 2016, Nishant joined Qonqests Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (QTS) as a Sr. Manager - MEP, specializing in quantity surveying. Nishant Kumar later transitioned to Kajima in March 2017 as Deputy Manager - QS & Contracts, where they played a key role in managing QS and contract-related tasks.

More recently, Nishant served as a Sr. Quantity Surveyor (MEP) at Hill International, Inc. from July 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Kirby Group Engineering, starting in January 2023.

Nishant Kumar Singh, MRICS, Chartered Engineer, began their education in 2004 at I G J Govt. Hr. Sec. School in Pasighat, where they completed their XIIth degree in science. Nishant Kumar then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from G.H. Raisoni College of Engg., Nagpur from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Nishant has also obtained several certifications. Nishant Kumar received the MRICS certification from RICS in March 2020. In September 2014, they obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor certification from BSI. Prior to that, in September 2012, they obtained the Electrical Supervisory License from Himachal Pradesh Electricity Board. Nishant is also a Chartered Engineer, awarded by The Institution of Engineers (India), though the specific date of obtaining this certification was not provided.
