Amy D. Husted

Amy Husted has a strong work experience in the legal field. Amy started working as a Corporate Counsel at Hollywood Marine in May 1996 and remained in that role until October 1999. Amy then joined Kirby Corporation in October 1999 as a Corporate Counsel and later progressed to the role of Vice President-Legal in December 2007. Amy further advanced in their career at Kirby Corporation and became the Vice President and General Counsel in January 2017. Their most recent role at Kirby Corporation is Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, which they have held since April 2019.

Amy Husted received their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Houston in 1992. Amy then went on to complete their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at South Texas College of Law Houston from 1993 to 1996.
