Sharah Johnson

Sharah Johnson currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Kirby since January 2019, after a successful tenure as HR Manager at Key Energy Services from March 2006 to January 2019. In these roles, Sharah has provided expert guidance and consultation to operational leadership on various human resources issues, including criminal background checks, progressive discipline, employee investigations, and process improvements. Additionally, Sharah is dedicated to recommending best practices in employee relations to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and enhance overall employee morale. Sharah's educational background includes studies at Lone Star College-CyFair and Oakton College.
