Rachel Kelly

Rachel Kelly currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Kirkhill, Inc., a position held since January 2023. Previously, Rachel held multiple roles at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from June 2004 to February 2023, including CFO and COO, where significant achievements included driving a 105% sales growth since 2018 and establishing a 22% market share in HLS. Rachel's focus on financial management led to the development of robust internal controls, effective cash flow management, and the highest regional contribution globally in 2018 and 2019.
