Cathy Parrilli

Cathy Parrilli has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kirkland & Ellis since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Guidehouse from September 2019 to September 2020, and spent over thirteen years as a Recruiting Coordinator at Navigant. Cathy’s career also includes a lengthy tenure at Arthur Andersen, where Cathy worked as a Recruiting Coordinator from September 1982 to April 2006. Cathy completed education at Bogan High School.
