Kelly Soto, CMCA, AMS has several years of experience in community association management. Kelly began their career in 2000 at LCM Property Management, Inc. as a Community Association Manager. Kelly then worked at Vista Management from 2003 to 2005 in the same role. From 2005 to 2012, they were a Community Association Manager at Colorado Management & Associates, Inc.
