Masha Ibeschitz

Masha Ibeschitz is an accomplished founder and CEO of Think Beyond Group since April 2003, with extensive experience as a business and executive coach, lecturer, and facilitator. Masha currently serves on the Board of Advisors for WhatAVenture and as a certified facilitator for Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC, focusing on the DACH region. Masha's role at the University of Education Burgenland involves developing programs in School Development Consulting, Leadership Development, and Mentoring.
