Jasmine Almoayyed

VP, Continuing Education & Training Services at Kirkwood Community College

Jasmine Almoayyed is the current Vice President of Continuing Education & Training Services at Kirkwood Community College. Jasmine has been in this role since July of 2008, and oversees the daily operations of the department. Prior to their current position, Jasmine was the Program Director for Kirkwood's Continuing Education and Training Services from July of 2008 to January of 2013. Jasmine was responsible for managing the budget, developing new programs, and working with faculty and staff to ensure that all programs ran smoothly.

Before their time at Kirkwood, Jasmine worked as an Executive Team Lead at Target from August of 2006 to March of 2007. In this role, they served as the Human Resources Manager/Generalist and was responsible for leading a team of HR professionals. Jasmine also worked as an Operations Training Specialist at Yellow Book USA from March of 2007 to July of 2008, where they were responsible for training new employees on the company's web-based platform.

Jasmine began their career as a Station Supervisor at United Express Airlines from December of 2002 to August of 2006. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the airline's station.

They work with Connie Thurman - VP, Institutional Effectiveness, Jon Buse - VP, Student Services, and Jennifer Bradley - VP, Academic Affairs. Jasmine Almoayyed reports to Lori Sundberg, President.
