Previously, Mahesh held the position of D.G.M (Senior Technical Product Specialist) in Application Engineering at Cummins Inc. from April 2018 to January 2025, where responsibilities included on and off-highway application engineering, competition benchmarking, and mentoring engineers. Prior roles encompass technical product specialist positions at Mahindra & Mahindra and Cummins India Ltd., alongside an engineering development program that facilitated cross-functional skills. Mahesh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws with a focus on Intellectual Property & Business Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from Government Law College, Mumbai. Additionally, Mahesh is a registered Patent Agent under the Government of India's Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade.
