Nishant Wasatkar is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in capability development and learning initiatives. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead and Capability Development Manager at Kirloskar Pneumatic since July 2022, Nishant previously held the position of Deputy Manager - Learning And Development at Yazaki India Private Limited and MUBEA Automotive Components India Pvt Ltd. Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science and ASM's Institute of Business Management & Research. Nishant holds an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Operations Management from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj Engineering College.
