Vicky Gross

Vicky Gross is currently a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg, teaching a course on People Management Perspectives for 3rd-year students. With a background in Human Resources and extensive experience in various HR roles at companies such as Kiron Interactive and Broll Property Group, Vicky has developed expertise in areas such as recruitment, regulatory compliance, professional development, and employee relations. Vicky has also been involved in coaching hockey teams, tutoring students, and serving in leadership roles during their academic years at various institutions. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has completed additional courses in Leadership, Change Management, and Organisational Behaviour Studies.
