Matthew Pruitt

Matthew Pruitt is an experienced attorney currently employed at Kirton McConkie since March 2022. Pruitt has a strong background in entertainment and sports law, serving in various leadership roles including Treasurer, Chair, and Vice Chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada since July 2014. Prior to this, Pruitt practiced law at Alverson Taylor & Sanders from October 2013 to March 2022, specializing in transactional law. Additional experience includes co-founding Yedy.tv, an early Internet TV startup, and working with notable artists as a Senior Agent/Talent Manager at Hungry Tiger Agency. Pruitt holds a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University.
