Victoria Vernon

Victoria Vernon currently serves as the Group Resourcing Manager at Kisimul Group Limited since July 2017, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management. Prior to this position, Victoria held the role of Recruitment Manager for the North region at Siemens from April 2012 to June 2017, where involvement included sourcing talent for the Healthineers business and previously for the Energy sector. Earlier career experiences include serving as Employer Engagement Manager at Ingeus, managing government-funded employment contracts, and as an Account Manager at Danwood. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Management from the University of Lincoln and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at The Open University.
