Janina Micca Perez has worked in various roles since 2011. Janina Micca started their career as a Blogger for Bare Nanay, formerly In My Orange Box, in 2011. In 2015, they became a Freelance Writer and the Owner of POSH/MUM Maternity + Nursing. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Social Selling Consultant and Social Media Content Curator for SocialGen, as well as Social Media Manager for Princess Jolliant Corporation. In 2014, they were the Customer Service Manager for The SM Store. Janina also worked as a Content Marketing Copywriter for Envate in 2017 and a Content Creator for Stories of Play in 2019. Her most recent role is as the Owner of All the Good Things PH, which they began in 2020, as well as the Partnerships and Customer Support Manager for Kiss My Keto.

Janina Micca Perez obtained their High School degree from Maryhill College, Lucena City, Quezon in 2005. Janina Micca then attended St. Anne College Lucena, Inc. and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2009. In 2021, Janina began their Juris Doctor degree at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation - Lucena in the field of Law. Janina Micca is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Marketing at Philippine Christian University, which they began in 2022. Janina also has certifications in Social Media Basics for Small Business Owners (obtained in July 2016 from Manila Workshops), Blogging and Content Marketing for Businesses (from Manila Workshops), CORE (from Resorts World Manila), and Digital Marketing (from Manila Workshops).
