Ryland Engelhart

Ryland Engelhart has extensive experience in the food industry and environmental advocacy. In 2011, they became a Board Member/Co-Owner of Cafe Gratitude, a restaurant company focused on promoting gratitude and consciousness. Ryland later took on the role of Mission Fulfillment Officer/Co-Owner at Cafe Gratitude in 2011 until April 2020.

In 2013, Engelhart co-founded Kiss The Ground, an education and advocacy nonprofit organization. Ryland served as the Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board, leading efforts to promote regenerative agriculture and soil health. In March 2020, they transitioned to the role of Executive Director, where they continued to drive the organization's mission forward. Furthermore, in October 2022, Engelhart assumed the role of Chief Mission Officer at Kiss The Ground.
