Shyam Prabhal

Shyam Prabhal has a strong background in technical account management and network engineering. Shyam is currently working as an Associate Vice President of Account Management at Kissflow. Prior to this, they held roles such as Director of Technical Account Management and Senior Manager of Technical Account Management at Cohesity from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Manager of Technical Account Management and Global Technical Account Manager from 2013 to 2018. Shyam also has experience at Cisco Systems, where they worked as a Network Consulting Engineer and Customer Support Engineer. Shyam began their career at Cisco as a CALO Coop, where they monitored case-tracking tools and established connectivity.

Shyam Prabhal earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing it from 2005 to 2007. Alongside their formal education, Shyam obtained several certifications. In 2011, they achieved the CCIE certification from Cisco. In 2016, they acquired the ITILv3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the NPP - Nutanix Platform Professional 4.5 certification from Nutanix. Finally, in 2023, Shyam obtained the PMI Citizen Development Business Architect certification from the Project Management Institute.
