Sudha Gandrapu has extensive experience in business transformation and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as GTM & Transformation at Kissflow since February 2025, Sudha previously held the position of Manager - Business Process Transformation at Puma Energy, where responsibilities included Agile Methodologies and Team Management. Prior to this role, Sudha was a Senior Business Analyst at VMware, focusing on process standardization and automation. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at BrandScan, managing project execution and business development, and as a Business Development Intern at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, where market research and competitor analysis were key responsibilities. Sudha holds an Executive Programme in Digital Transformation from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and an MBA in Marketing and Operations from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
