Sharon Perlov Yahalomy has worked in various human resources roles since 2011. In 2011, they worked as an HR Recruitment at Jobnet, where they contacted advertising companies and conducted initial CV filtering. In 2012, they worked as an HR Recruiter at tazuz, a start-up company in the field of assigning, where they conducted CV filtering, phone and frontal interviews, wrote opinions, recruited and assigned employees in various positions, and maintained relations with customers. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kissterra, where they markets open positions, sources technology for various positions, and coordinates and interviews professional candidates.
