Leandro Montanher

Leandro Montanher has a robust background in engineering and sales, currently serving as the Head of Sales Center at Kistler Group since October 2012, where responsibilities include developing pressure sensors for the injection molding industry, optimizing manufacturing processes, and managing customer relationships while developing CRM and ERP systems. Prior experience includes working as a Production Scheduler at B. Grob do Brasil S.A. from July 2007 to September 2012, overseeing planning for special machines and manufacturing lines and coordinating materials for production processes. Leandro began a career at Ford Motor Company as an Administrative Assistant, handling business office issues from January 2002 to December 2003. Leandro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, attained from 2004 to 2009.
