Jim Grimshaw

Jim Grimshaw has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Jim first started their career at AT&T as a Manager, where they played a key role in financial valuations, acquisition scenarios, and negotiation strategies for a $13B acquisition and entry into the wireless service market. Jim also developed business strategies that led to the purchase of 21 PCS licenses for $1.

After leaving AT&T, Jim joined Lucent Technologies, where they held various roles including Senior Manager - Bids & Proposals and Senior Manager & CFO - Supply Chain. In these positions, they led teams responsible for profitability on customer proposals, logistics results reporting, annual budgets, and targets. Jim also acquired and integrated a $20M acquisition.
