Amy Schartner, SPHR

Amy Schartner, SPHR, has held a variety of senior-level roles in the Human Resources field since 2000. Amy began their career at Lockheed Martin as a Sr. Manager, Human Resources. In 2008, they moved to Wyle Information Systems as a Sr. Director, Human Resources. In 2010, they joined Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC as the VP, Corporate Resources. In 2013, they held two positions simultaneously, Managing Director, Career Management at The Advisory Board Company - Clinovations and SVP, Human Capital and Talent Acquisition at Clinovations. In 2017, they became the SVP, HR and Talent at IntelliBridge. In 2021, they joined AMC Health as the EVP, and Chief Human Resources Officer and Greenspring Associates as the Human Resources and Talent Lead. In 2022, they began their current role as the VP, People at Bluesight.

Amy Schartner, SPHR, graduated from Springbrook HS and went on to earn a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. Amy also attended the University of Florida.
