Kelly Fleming

Kelly Fleming has been in the industry since 2007, starting as an Associate/Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid. In 2011, they began working as a Clinical Applications Specialist at MEDITECH. In 2013, they began working at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as an Applications Analyst I, eventually becoming a Team Lead in 2018. In 2022, they began working at Bluesight as a Team Lead, Implementation and at Notable as an Implementation Manager. At Notable, they are responsible for the discovery and scoping of the software, maintaining and owning the implementation project plan, and configuring the software for highest value and ROI. At BMC, they have been focusing on provider and nursing workflow optimization and overseeing a team of analysts and quarterly project slate.

Kelly Fleming received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a field of study in Women and Gender Studies from Merrimack College in 2010. Kelly has also obtained certifications from Epic, including Order Transmittal in 2017, EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation in 2015, Epic Security Coordinator Certification in 2013, EpicCare Inpatient Procedures in 2013, and from MEDITECH, MEDITECH Magic Emergency Department Management in 2011.
