Preethi Aylard is the Culinary Director at Kitava, where they oversee culinary operations. They have previously served as Executive Chef at The Riddler from 2019 to 2021 and have held various culinary positions, including Chef De Partie at Bar Tartine and Sous Chef at multiple establishments. Aylard has also gained experience as an intern at renowned kitchens such as Chez Panisse and Primo Restaurant.
