Garrett Coyne

Garrett Coyne is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Kitchell since October 2016, Garrett provides management services for multiple projects at the UC Davis Medical Center, with project values ranging from $200K to $25M. Prior to this role, Garrett worked as a Project Engineer at Jacobs, contributing to the Rideout Memorial Hospital project. Garrett began as a Student Engineer with the City of Sacramento's Department of Utilities, where significant work involved stormwater projects and regulatory compliance, as well as contributions to mapping and inspections for major city projects. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 2014.
