Kevin Oss

Kevin Oss has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as a Project Manager at Kitchell since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions including Project Engineer at XL Construction and Senior Project Engineer at Howard S. Wright/Balfour Beatty Company. Kevin started their career as a Jr. Construction Manager at Eichleay Engineers and gained valuable experience as an intern at Turner Construction, working across various capacities in the estimating and field engineering departments. Kevin's foundational experience comes from working as a Journeyman Plumber/Pipe Fitter, where Kevin honed skills in both commercial and residential construction. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento.
