Omar Nabahani Pe

Omar Nabahani, PE, is an experienced Program Director at Kitchell since July 2017, overseeing multiple significant programs for the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation and other governmental projects. Previously, as Principal Project Manager at Citadel CPM, Inc., Omar managed the expansion of jails for the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. Roles also include Resident Engineer at SYSTRA, leading the upgrade of Amtrak's Northwest Line train stations, and Senior Project Manager at Obayashi Corporation's Dubai branch, contributing to the Dubai Metro project. Additional experience includes consulting for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works at Parsons Corporation and managing capital projects at UC Irvine. Omar holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and has a background in engineering education from the American University of Beirut.
