Rafael Martin

Rafael Martin is an experienced professional in technical and project management services, currently serving as the Executive Director of Technical Support Services at Kitchell since December 2023. Over a decade at Vanir, Rafael held several key positions including Director of Technical Services and Director of Project Controls, managing diverse technical departments and developing project controls systems. Prior roles include Project Manager at ARCADIS and PinnacleOne, where Rafael focused on project controls and claims avoidance, as well as positions related to project engineering at various construction companies. Rafael holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction and Engineering Management from Stanford University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
