Sean Mann Pe

Sean Mann, PE, is an experienced civil engineer with extensive expertise in project management and engineering design across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Kitchell since November 2021, Sean previously held significant roles such as Lead Civil Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers and Senior Civil Engineer at Kitchell. With a foundation in civil and water resources engineering, Sean contributed to critical projects during tenure at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where substantial cost savings were achieved through innovation in gas standards. Sean's diverse experience also includes leadership roles at the California Department of Water Resources, technical leadership at the US Army Corps of Engineers, and military service in the Army National Guard. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
