Greg Oganesian

Greg Oganesian has a diverse work experience in various industries. Greg currently holds the position of Vice President (VP) of Account Management at Kitchen Data Systems since September 2021.

Previously, Greg worked as a Filmmaker at Rebel Films starting from August 2004.

From July 2019 to March 2020, Greg served as the Director of Video Production Services at Grilla | Kings of Content. In this role, they created a Video Production Work Flow and Production Manual, supervised B2B Video Production from client onboarding to post-production, and managed budgets for all productions. Additionally, they also worked as the Director of Account Management at Grilla | Kings of Content from March 2019 to July 2019.

Before that, Greg worked at Ordermark as the Director of Account Management from April 2018 to January 2019. Greg'sresponsibilities included building processes, workflows, team structure, and best practices to provide excellent service to restaurant partners. Greg also created training materials and programs for new hires and collaborated with leaders across the organization.

From 2014 to 2017, Greg worked at Grubhub for Work as the Corporate Care Lead/Supervisor. In this role, they supervised the call center, assisted managers with communications for VIP customers, and handled order cancellations and delivery issues.

Greg's earliest work experience was as a Call Center Supervisor at Network Telephone Services from June 1997 to May 2001. Greg supervised a team of 20 representatives, maintained productivity, conducted training, and created the call center training manual for their department.

From 2010 to 2013, Greg Oganesian attended the Academy of Entertainment & Technology at Santa Monica College. Greg earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies during this time.
