Tess Frugé

Tess Frugé is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and finance. Tess is currently a Fractional COO & Independent Consultant, assisting early-stage founders in establishing a solid foundation for sustainable growth. Tess works with founders to set goals, develop strategies, and drive execution.

Tess has also served as the Chief Operating Officer (Fractional) at Kitchenette, where they contributed to improving product positioning and evolving overall business strategy. Additionally, Tess worked at Minted as the GM for Holiday, Baby & Kids, Grad, and Gifts, overseeing a cross-functional team and driving profitable revenue growth.

Prior to that, they held the role of VP, Operations Strategy & Expansion at Good Eggs, leading initiatives to expand geographic reach and launch new programs and markets. Tess has also worked at RPM & CO as a Consultant and co-founded a non-profit organization, Build Now LLC, where they focused on building homes for communities affected by Hurricane Katrina.

Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Tess Frugé brings a wealth of expertise to their roles and has a strong track record of delivering results in various industries.

Tess Frugé holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History & Political Science from Yale University. Prior to that, they attended Trinity School in NYC, where the specific degree or field of study is unknown.
