Tiffany Karnes

Tiffany Karnes has over 15 years of work experience, primarily in accounting and finance roles. Tiffany started their career at Sigma Theta Tau International as a Project Assistant, where they assisted with convention planning, shipping reports, and special projects. In 2007, they joined Buckingham Companies as a Property Accountant, responsible for financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and project draw packages. Since 2012, Tiffany has been with Kite Realty Group, where they have held various positions such as Senior Property Accountant, Treasury Supervisor & Sr. Property Accountant, Sr. Reporting Analyst & Treasury Supervisor, and Accounting Manager. In their current role as Director of Accounting, they supervise and trains accountants, reviews financial work papers, and collaborates with senior management.

Tiffany Karnes graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2007. Tiffany then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership (MSML) from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018.
