Will Pridmore

Will Pridmore has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Will started their career as an Assistant to CRM Database Manager at NERA Economic Consulting in 2010. Will then worked as a Legal Extern at the American Medical Association and as a Judicial Extern to Judge Daniel J. Pierce at the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division in 2012. In the same year, they also interned as a Legal Marketing Intern at NERA Economic Consulting. From 2013 to 2014, Will worked as a Legal Intern at Orbitz Worldwide, where they drafted and revised commercial agreements and assisted with SEC filings.

Will continued their legal career as Counsel at Inland Real Estate Corporation from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as Counsel and later as General Counsel at IRC Retail Centers, providing legal advice on operational matters and property dispositions. In 2020, Will joined Pine Tree, LLC as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, responsible for legal services on the IRC Retail Centers portfolio. Will remained in this role until 2023 when they became the VP, Real Estate Attorney at Kite Realty Group.

Throughout their career, Will has demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on real estate matters, and handling complex legal transactions.

Will Pridmore completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History at Georgetown University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also took part in a Junior Semester Abroad program at SOAS University of London. From 2011 to 2014, Will attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree. In November 2014, they obtained certification from the Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar, allowing him to practice law in Illinois.
