Jill Michal

Jill Michal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kith + Kin. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President - Digital and Community Networks at Solera Health from January 2019 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President - Business Transformation at Independence Blue Cross from March 2015 to December 2018. Jill has also served as the President and CEO of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey from December 2001 to June 2014. Jill started their career as an Experienced Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. from January 1994 to December 2001.

Jill Michal has a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
