Letícia Herrmann has a diverse background in data analysis and statistics. Letícia began their career as a Statistician trainee at the Secretaria de Segurança Pública in 2009, where they worked on monitoring crime indicators and creating safety improvement plans. Letícia then joined the Fundação de Economia e Estatística as a Statistician trainee in 2010. In 2011, they became a Statistician trainee at the Departamento Intersindical de Estatísticas e Estudos Sócio-Econômicos (DIEESE), where they gained experience in collective bargaining research and education.

Letícia continued to work at DIEESE, taking on the role of Statistician for the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Area in 2012. Letícia then became a Statistical Expert in the research area, focusing on the Monthly Employment and Unemployment Research project. This project is a crucial database for employment data in Brazil.

In 2015, Letícia transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager at Bloom Brasserie, gaining experience in management and hospitality. Letícia then joined Clavis Insight (now Edge by Ascential) in 2017, working as a Data Analyst and later as a Lead Data Analyst. During their time there, they honed their skills in data analysis and provided valuable insights to support business decision-making.

Most recently, Letícia joined Kitman Labs in 2020 as a Data Scientist. Letícia has shown their expertise in utilizing data to drive insights and improvements, and is currently serving as a Lead Data Scientist.
