Jim Small

Jim Small has a diverse work experience, mainly in the sales and marketing field. Jim has worked at Kito Crosby as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Harrington since October 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Harrington Hoists, Inc., starting as the Sales Representative responsible for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky territory from September 1996 to December 2005. After that, they served as the Midwest/International Sales Manager Harrington/Kito Americas from January 2006 to July 2016, with additional responsibilities of developing and increasing market share in South America. In January 2023, they became the Vice President of Sales at Harrington Hoists, Inc., and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jim is also a Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since September 2021.

Jim Small attended Saint Ignatius High School from 1988 to 1992, where they completed their College Preparatory education. Jim then went on to Miami University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned their BA in Political Science and Geography.
