Mike's career includes significant tenures as Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Kiev, and Park Hyatt Moscow, along with experience as Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Dubai and Chef de Cuisine at The Star Sydney.
