Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Kitopi since January 2024, Ballout has previously held significant roles including Chief Executive Officer at AWJ and Executive Advisor - Head of Riyadh Life at The Royal Commission for Riyadh City. With a strong track record at Emaar, The Economic City, as Chief Operating Officer for Hospitality & Retail, Ballout oversaw the development and operation of over 27 assets, initiated multiple hospitality projects, and achieved substantial cost reductions through automation. Complementing a robust professional background, Ballout holds advanced degrees in business administration, hotel real estate investments, and urban design from prestigious institutions, alongside a Bachelor’s in Hospitality and a BA in International Tourism.
