Sally Swanepoel

Sally Swanepoel is the current Director of Accounting at Kitopi. Prior to their current position, Sally held the title of Head of Financial Services at Emirates Leisure Retail from October 2017 to December 2019. Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR) owns and operates a wide-ranging portfolio of restaurants, cafes and bars across the Middle East, Australia and Asia.

Operating over 300 outlets (including more than 80 outlets across 13 domestic and international airports), models range from franchise to own-brand, and are all designed to offer a premium experience at great value at all times of the day. From October 2017 to December 2019, Sally was also Head of Financial Services at Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI), a subsidiary of Emirates Group. MMI distributes premium beverages both locally and international.

Before their positions at ELR and MMI, Sally was Finance Manager at Nampak from August 2015 to September 2017, Product Supply Analyst at Kimberly-Clark from June 2012 to August 2015, and Financial Manager at Blue Skies Fresh Produce SA (PTY) LTD from February 2008 to June 2012.

Sally Swanepoel has an Honors of Commerce from the University of Johannesburg in Finance and Financial Management Services. Sally also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Johannesburg in Finance and Financial Management Services. Sally has a matric from Volks School in Accounting and Business/Management.
