Lidia Demidova

Lidia Demidova has a diverse work experience. Lidia started their career at Ark Palace Hotel in 2015 as a Front Office Manager, where they gained experience in employee and customer relations, conflict resolution, and problem-solving at the reception desk. In 2014, they worked at LimanSoft as a Program Manager, which provided their with their first sales experience in IT. Lidia faced challenges but was able to overcome them and turn potential customers into clients for the company. Since 2015, they have been working at KitRUM, initially as a Project Manager and then moved up to the role of Head Of Project Management in February 2019.
