Kevan Neill is an experienced banking professional currently serving as AVP and Branch Manager at Kitsap Bank since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kevan spent nearly seven years at BECU, progressing from Member Consultant to Member Consultant Lead and Regional Support Lead, where responsibilities included coaching, quality assurance, and leadership coverage for branches. Kevan's expertise in leadership and financial services is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Pacific Lutheran University and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bellevue College. Additionally, Kevan is a Notary Public and has contributed to enhancing member services in various capacities.
