Carmina Drummer

Carmina Drummer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carmina is currently employed at Kitsap Credit Union as the Vice President of Indirect Lending since May 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at TwinStar Credit Union from 2008 to 2021, including Director of Consumer Loan Production, Indirect Loan Manager, and Indirect Loan Administrator. Carmina also worked at Bank of America as a Mortgage Loan Associate from 2007 to 2008, and at Fidelity National Title as an Escrow Assistant from 2005 to 2007. Carmina began their career as an Office Coordinator at Coldwell Banker Real Estate from 2004 to 2005.

Carmina Drummer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in Western CUNA Management School from Pomona College from 2017 to 2019. In the same year, they also obtained a Leadership Certification from Brandman University. Carmina's educational background also includes General Studies courses at Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom and South Puget Sound Community College.

In addition to their formal education, Carmina has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Change Management Specialist (CMS) and obtained certifications in Project Management - Lean Process Certified (PM-LPC) and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC) from the Management and Strategy Institute. Carmina also completed the Top Producer Advanced Sales Course from Schneider Sales Management in 2018. Moreover, Carmina completed the Diversity Workshop Series from Workplace Change, LLC in October 2020.
