Laura Enquist

Laura Enquist has a strong background in the banking industry, with extensive experience in leadership and member experience roles. Laura most recently served as the Vice President Member Experience at Kitsap Credit Union, where they provided vision and strategy for team members serving members in the contact center and branches. Prior to that, Laura worked as the Director of Retail Delivery at STCU from 2012 to 2018, overseeing retail operations. Laura also served as a Branch Manager at STCU from 2004 to 2012. Laura's work experience demonstrates their expertise in member service, sales and service culture, and leadership development.

Laura Enquist has a comprehensive education history. Laura obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University between the years 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university from 2013 to 2015. Seeking further knowledge and skill development, Laura enrolled in Ashford University once again and completed their Master's degree in Organizational Management from 2016 to 2018.
