Cesar Reyes

Cesar Reyes currently serves as a Transportation Analyst at Kittelson & Associates, Inc., following a tenure as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Transportation Research and Education. Prior experience includes working at the UNC Highway Safety Research Center, where tailored reports were produced to aid Vision Zero initiatives, and as an Office Assistant in the UNC Department of City and Regional Planning, managing various administrative tasks. Cesar also completed an internship at JLL, conducting commercial real estate research, and has a military background as a Civil Affairs Specialist in the US Army, along with previous experience as a Radar Technician. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by an Associate's degree and a Certificate in Emergency Management from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
