Jon Crisafi Pe, Ptoe

Jon Crisafi, PE, PTOE, is an experienced transportation engineer currently serving as an Associate Engineer and Senior Engineer at Kittelson & Associates, Inc. since July 2012. Jon has managed and supported various transportation engineering and design projects, focusing on traffic operations analysis, microsimulation model development, and traffic design including intersections, roundabouts, signing/pavement marking, and signal design. Prior to this role, Jon held positions at the same company ranging from Engineering Associate to Transportation Analyst, contributing to transportation safety analysis and localized impact studies. Jon’s initial experience includes research assistance during graduate studies at Penn State University, as well as internship roles that provided foundational skills in civil design and project management. Jon holds a Master of Science and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
