Sam Mantsch

Sam Mantsch is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and transportation. Currently serving as an Engineering Associate and Transportation Analyst at Kittelson & Associates, Inc. since July 2020, Sam previously held positions as an Academic Student Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and as a Civil Engineering Intern at The Foth Companies. Sam's experience includes inspecting public utilities, assisting with municipal engineering projects, and collaborating with engineers and project managers. Sam holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, complemented by studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
