Rachel Stockwell M.ed.

Rachel Stockwell, M.Ed., currently serves as a Reading Teacher at Shapleigh Middle School within the Kittery School Department since June 2020. Concurrently, Rachel operates as a self-employed sales enthusiast for Steampunk lighting fixtures through Light-Q Creations, engaging in public relations at craft fairs and festivals since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director and Lead Teacher at Becket Family of Services, Special Education Teacher at Wells Ogunquit Community School District, and high school English Teacher at Rochester School Department and Spaulding High School. Additionally, from June 1993 to June 2005, Rachel worked as a self-employed professional singer, recognized as "Best Duo" in New Hampshire by Jam magazine. Rachel holds a Master of Education degree from Plymouth State University, where study was completed between 2002 and 2005, and a Bachelor’s degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the same institution.
