Miriam Kerns

Miriam Kerns has extensive experience in property tax management and compliance analysis. Currently serving as Property Tax Manager at Kittle Property Group since January 2023, Miriam previously held the role of Senior Compliance Analyst at DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. from February 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, Miriam worked at the Tippecanoe County Assessors Office as a Personal Property Tax and Customer Representative from January 2009 to February 2020. Miriam holds an Associate's degree in Professional Communications from Ivy Tech Community College and is continuing education at Purdue University since 2015.
